Peter Demos, President

Demos’ – Family-owned since 1989

Peter Demos' started in the restaurant business when he was twelve years old washing dishes for his father. When Demos'? opened in December 1989, he had worked every position. At that time, he and his father were the only people who knew how to make all the seasonings and sauces. At nineteen, he became a manager for Demos'? and with the exception of a few years off when he attended law school in Kansas City, he has been with Demos''. Peter graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Sociology in 1995, and received his Jurist Doctorate from University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1998. He became a member of the Tennessee Bar Association in 1999. Peter currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce, board for Rutherford County Convention and Visitors Bureau as the Treasurer, the board for Leadership Rutherford, and chairs the Government Affairs Council for the Rutherford County Chamber. Peter believes it?s important that the restaurant gives back to the community. He exercises this belief through major fundraisers for Special Kids, Boys and Girls Club, Habitat for Humanity, Domestic Violence Shelters, United Way and various other homeless shelters and charities throughout Middle Tennessee.

Felicia Demos, Chief Financial Officer

Felicia Demos started in the restaurant business when she was twelve years old, working during summer months and school breaks, in all departments of her father’s restaurant.Felicia graduated from Draughons Junior College with an Associate of Science degree in Travel and Tourism and became a certified travel agent. She worked as a manager for Demos’ Restaurants for 6 months, then returned to work as a travel agent, where she worked in this field for 8 years.In July of 1995, Felicia found her home back with Demos’, working in the office as office manager. Currently, she is Chief Financial Officer, responsible for all aspects of the financial side of the company. Felicia spends a lot of time volunteering with the Beasley Animal Foundation, Murfreesboro Chamber of Commerce and Girl Scouts. She also participates in United Way’s Day of Caring and other United Way functions throughout the year. Felicia is on the Membership Committee with the Murfreesboro Breakfast Rotary Club.
