STEAK
We serve high-quality USDA Choice Western grain-fed beef. We age it under specially-controlled refrigeration for extra tenderness and flavor. When the time is just right, we hand-cut each steak on the premises every day to ensure maximum freshness. We use a secret marinade and seasonings developed by the Demos family to bring out the best beef flavor. When we opened our first Demos’ in 1989, we only offered spaghetti as a side dish.
