"I wanted to comment on the use of cloth napkins in your restaurant. I hope you never have to change. Many of the restaurants are going to these fake cloth napkins and they leave lint on clothes horribly. "We recently were in Nashville, TN for a large Youth Congress (20,000 people). We knew we would be looking for a meal later in the evening. The Demo's was 3 blocks from the hotel and during the day we saw the sign in the window 'Welcome Pentecostals' and extended hours for our group. Even though every evening brought huge crowds to the restaurant, our service was EXCELLENT! All of the staff were very courteous and even when we had a wait for tables we knew the staff were trying their best to seat us ASAP. We must also say that our waiter on Wednesday, August 5th was Jesse. And he made us feel like we were the only ones there! And on Thursday and Friday we had Audra, who was also very excellent. The food was well-priced, cooked just as we asked and served hot. We just kept going back every evening because they were open late, great atmosphere, wonderful staff and great food. We will definitely be there when we visit Nashville again."

"Saturday, we stopped at your resturant for dinner. Although we haven't been in Murfreesboro for long, we kept hearing about this restaurant named Demos'. We finally decided that we were going to give it a shot, and I must tell you I'm glad that we did. It has been a very long time since we had service and food as outstanding as Demos'. When we got to the front doors, we were a little hesitant to stay because of the long wait, but it never really felt like 45 minutes. Once we sat down, the most pleasant server (Sandy V.) came to our table and welcomed us as if we were part of the Demos family. She had not known that we had never been there before, but made us feel as if she had known us for years. Your menu is a perfect size and the prices can't be beat! It is so hard to find a decent meal for two under $40 nowadays and you have done it. I do have to admit, though, at first thought, steak and spaghetti kind of worried me. Once I had time to process the flavors and really make sense of it all, I thought it was pure genius! Overall, we had a great meal, enjoyed the atmosphere and the dessert...WOW! We are always looking for places to take family when they come in town to visit. I am happy to say that Demo's has moved to the top of the list! Linda was extremely friendly, and she made me feel special when she offered samples of the sauces, I was so impressed when she brought them all out. My favorite was the blackened chicken – it was perfect, it was heavenly, I had never tasted anything sooo good that had ‘blackened’ in the title – usually it is too spicy for me. My husband was tearing up over his steak. He got to eat only one of his shrimp, though, because who ever cooked the shrimp knew what they were doing. I lived in Beaufort, South Carolina before I came here, and I know how easy it is to overcook and destroy shrimp. The flavor jumped off the food, filling me with such joy. The whole dining experience is something to talk about for a while. When my husband and I were on our way home, and I said how great it is to have service like that, he told me about the downtown location, and I realized you guys are a CHAIN!!! No way!!! I have come straight home and Googled you. I don’t know who was cooking tonight, but your info said Eric is the kitchen manager. He has got it done right. I’ll be looking for you guys to come near me in Owensboro, Kentucky or the surrounding cities, but if not on my many trips to Nashville, I will definitely be coming back. "Last week, my family and I concluded a week long vacation to Nashville,TN. During our stay, in one of our last evenings in this city, we had the distinct pleasure of eating in your restaurant on Commerce St. Very seldom is it worth the effort to validate an eating experience, but the consensus of our entire family was that this was one of the highlights of our trip! Not only was the food exceptional, but the price was extremely reasonable. And most impressive was the incredible service we received from our server, Mike, who, although busy with many tables, made us feel like we were his only customers! In our general observation of the restaurant, it was very impressive to see everyone, including managers, pitch in to keep things running smoothly. We only have one extremely disturbing observation which is very disappointing for us....there is no Demos’ in Minnesota where we live!!!"

"I just got home from your Hendersonville restaurant and had to let you know how wonderful I thought it was. I haven’t been to Demos’ in many years and that was the downtown restaurant and while I enjoyed it then I will now consider the Hendersonville restaurant my favorite place to go out to eat. With the price to feed a family of 5 at a restaurant I am not easily impressed with eating out. But the value was great, the food was wonderful especially the baked chicken soup - YUM!! but was I was most impressed with was the customer service. I haven’t been to a place in a long time that cares that much and are that friendly. We had people that didn’t even wait on us come over and say "Have a nice day." I will definitely be back as a regular customer. Also our server Tyrone was great. He didn’t mind once that we had him running. I was just in Florida and when I asked our server something she actually rolled her eyes at me and it is sad to say that is what you get at most places, but Tyrone didn’t mind once when I needed to place a to-go order, get another drink or a box. The managers were also very friendly and I thought that it was wonderful that they were working, too. It was truly a family-owned atmosphere and that made for a pleasant experience. Thanks so much."

"Our waiter was absolutely amazing. We were a table of 6 seated on the left hand side at a large table on the right closest to the back booths. His partner in crime as he stated was Lara. This was our first visit as we live in Canada. We were between bus tours and your restaurant was highly recommended. This waiter is the perfect advertisement for your establishment. His professionalism and humour made our meal so enjoyable. He even shook my dad’s hand when we left. How AWESOME is that. Thank him sincerely, we will definitely be back."

"Our first time at any DEMOS’. We’ve seen it and heard about it and now we’ve tried it. Great place, Great service, Great food. We are from Clarksville and don’t get over in your areas much, however now we know we can not be disappointed if we go to a DEMOS’ restaurant. Jason gave an orientation of your menu and guaranteed our food would be as requested or he would take it back without question. From the beginning Jason made us feel like we would be satisfied no matter what."

"When I visited my friend in CT, I met his brother, who is the Fire Chief in Hartford. As it turns out, he was coming to Nashville March 12-16 for a Convention of Fire Chiefs from all over the country. He and several other Fire Chiefs....including the Nashville Fire Chief ate in your restaurant and loved it. They loved it so much they ate there 2 additional times. What I love about your restaurant is your affordable pricing, the freshness of your food, the quality of your food compared to other restaurants that serve the same products and your wait staff is very caring and generous for their customers!!! I also like that your food is always fresh and isn’t ever 2 days old and rock-hard like a boulder!!! "I have commented on this restaurant before, however, I would like to give you all some feedback on one of your hostesses, Amanda Strahl. We come to this location a lot, but in the realm of a hostess, Amanda was really exceptional. She was kind, sincere, and so genuine...I love it! Also, Tammy has this place running on all 8 cylinders! This is by far the most consistently pleasant experience each and every time we visit. Her and the staff deserve a pat on the back for all their effort, the food is awesome, and they treat us like family. In fact WE love it!"
